Please call to make an appointment. We are available
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm and Saturday 9am-2pm. We are
closed Sundays. |

Appointments book quickly, so please call 3-4 weeks
beforehand to reserve the day and time that fits best in
your schedule! |

I
return phone calls as soon as possible between the hours
of 6-8:30 pm. This is because those customers with
appointments during the day will receive my full
attention. The same courtesy will be given to you as
well. |

Please allow a few minutes of flexibility prior to our
scheduled appointment time, as sometimes traffic and
weather cause a delay. I will call and let you know if
there will be a change. |

VACCINATIONS
REQUIRED! |

We require
written proof from your dog's veterinarian that he/she have had
his/her rabies vaccination. You can either have the “Rabies
Certificate” (which the vet gives to you along with the tag)
available on the day of your appointment or you can have your
vet fax the records to us at (724) 695-2089. If your dog is not
current with his/her rabies shot, we unfortunately cannot
provide our services. It is for everyone's benefit. Your dog
must have a rabies vaccination yearly or every 3 years.

*All prices subject to change depending on the condition of the
pets coat and level of pet behavior. |

Sorry, we do not groom cats or aggressive dogs. |
|
|

Also, due to space, we cannot accept extra large dogs such as
Great Pyrenees, Newfoundlands, Old English Sheepdogs, or St.
Bernards. Don't get us wrong, we still love them!! |

Cancellation policy (24 or 48 hours prior to appointment
there will be no charge). |

If we show up at your door for a scheduled appointment
and you are not there, an invoice for a $20 fee will be
left in your mailbox. |
