beforehand to reserve the day and time that fits best in
your schedule! |

I
return phone calls as soon as possible between the hours
of 6-8:30 pm. This is because those customers with
appointments during the day will receive my full
attention. The same courtesy will be given to you as
well. |

Please allow a few minutes of flexibility prior to our
scheduled appointment time, as sometimes traffic and
weather cause a delay. I will call and let you know if
there will be a change. |

VACCINATIONS
REQUIRED! |

We require
written proof from your dog's veterinarian that he/she have had
his/her rabies vaccination. You can either have the “Rabies
Certificate” (which the vet gives to you along with the tag)
available on the day of your appointment or you can have your
vet fax the records to us at (724) 695-2089. If your dog is not
current with his/her rabies shot, we unfortunately cannot
provide our services. It is for everyone's benefit. Your dog
must have a rabies vaccination yearly or every 3 years.

pet’s coat, distance to travel, and level of pet behavior. |

Sorry, we do not groom cats or aggressive dogs. |

Due to the capacity of the hydraulic table
system, we have a weight limit of 100 pounds. |

Please understand we can schedule and provide
service for only four dog grooms a day. We have a waiting list.
When you cancel your appointment at the last minute or are not
available when we arrive at your home, we lose not only the
opportunity to provide service to another customer who is on the
waiting list, but we lose 25% of our day’s income. In that
regard, WE WILL INVOICE YOU FOR APPOINTMENTS CANCELLED WITHIN 24
HOURS OR FOR NO SHOWS WHEN WE ARRIVE AT YOUR DOOR, AS WE THEN
HAVE NO OPPORTUNITY TO FILL THE APPOINTMENT. WE ARE NOW STRICTLY
ENFORCING THIS POLICY. |
